Jim Harbaugh is set to be named Michigan football head coach for the fourth time, according to multiple reports.
According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, Michigan athletic director Jim Hackett confirmed the news to ESPN on Wednesday.
The Wolverines are in the midst of a three-game winning streak after a 6-3 loss to Michigan State on Saturday.
Michigan has won three straight games over Ohio State, Michigan and Ohio State.
Michigan State coach Mark Dantonio, who has been Michigan’s head coach since 2014, is set for a news conference later Wednesday.
Michigan has lost two of three meetings with the Buckeyes.
