Microsoft acquired BelyYBeto for $1.8 billion in cash on Friday, the company announced.
The deal, announced by the two companies, is expected to close by the end of the month.
BelyYBets was developed by a team led by Bely’s co-founder and CEO, Bely Yoann, who previously ran a number of sports betting businesses, including Pinnacle Sports and Bet365.
BelyYoann has been working on a number sports betting apps in the past.
BelelyYbetos bet365 and bet365 are currently in beta, with Bely betting on the NBA, the NHL, the NFL and the MLB, according to its website.
Its bet365 app is available on iOS, Android and Windows devices.
The company also offers a bet365 betting service on the Google Play Store.
BeyYoann told TechCrunch that it was excited to partner with Microsoft, which was a “very attractive company to us,” noting that the company was “an easy acquisition for us to acquire.
They have a really solid history with bet-to-bet,” he said.
The deal includes BelyBetos, BeyYoAnn and its founder, who will also work for the Microsoft group as an adviser, according a company spokesperson.
Microsoft’s bet365, which also competes with BeyYBetos bet on the MLB and NHL, is available as an app for iOS and Android devices.
The two companies announced the deal last week, and BelyyYbeto is now available in more than 100 countries.
Microsoft also announced it will acquire the company’s bet on sports, which is currently available on Android and iOS.
